“23 restaurants” is a chain of restaurants formerly from Ivano-Frankivsk. “Food is our passion, and we are its researchers. Our main task, daily, is the choice of suppliers, products, and employees. The combination of these three factors is our uniqueness.” Over the ten years of its existence, the word “crisis” has been heard in restaurants many times, and “23 restaurants” have coped with the challenge. “We did it the way we do it now. We have a great team that loves what it does. And you know, with such a tandem at some point, it does not matter what to do. That is the feeling when you can rely on people, go through any crises with them, any business transformations. So how did we do it? We are fast; we have a team. It’s not some vague statements. It’s true.” Two of the seven restaurants were closed and reformatted with a sense of responsibility, as 134 employees depend on Alina’s decisions. We closed without feeling sad. There was an understanding that it was necessary to close. There are instructions as to why it is crucial. There were no special feelings attached. It is required, so we do. On March 17, we closed all our facilities. But we transformed two of the seven institutions. The first establishment is Fabbrica. It now works in the format of take-away, or dark kitchen. The second establishment, called Delikacia, was reformatted from confectionery to a confectionery shop. Today, of course, it works in such a short format. But today I went there and saw people who are very happy that we opened up and they can come and pick up their favorite sweets, cakes, and it’s very pleasing.
