Fratelli is a restaurant serving Italian cuisine in Odessa. This year Fratelli turned seven. Andriy and his brother decided to create it for an ultimately “non-core” reason: because their main office is located in the port, and it is far from the city and is a rather dusty place. The brothers decided to create a restaurant where you can meet people and eat well. “The main idea of Fratelli has always been uncompromising product quality. Our motto is, “The main thing is on a plate!” We have never saved on products and have not cut costs at their expense. This is our rule of thumb. Of course, after the quarantine, everyone will have to tighten their belts. Consumption has fallen sharply, and no one yet has any idea in what format and when restaurants and cafes will be able to work.” After closing the doors of the restaurant, the team tries to maintain relations with regular guests. So now, Fratelli is still focusing on loyalty. We do not consider the option of closing. Even before the quarantine, Fratelli developed a new subproject with a democratic positioning and the main products pizza and pasta. This is a restaurant branch, which allows, while maintaining the quality of Fratelli, to become more accessible to a broad audience. The project was planned before the opening of the renovated “City Food Market” in Odessa, after which we have already considered the development of the network and work with delivery. And today, it became essential to start from the last point.
