The owner of Pyan-Se Bar, the only adapted Korean cuisine in Kyiv, can be considered lucky: the location in Podil was closed for renovation before the quarantine. They agreed with the landlord that they do not pay rent during the time. But the bar on Sichovykh Striltsiv street is closed but continues to work in the delivery format. The incomes are in the red, but so far, it is possible to cover salaries to employees, which is critical for the company. There are also advantages: the new situation pushed to activate delivery, which was postponed for a long time. It is unprofitable for the owner of a small establishment to work with delivery alligators, as they have to pay 35-40% of the profit. Illya is calm, although he understands that even after the quarantine, people in Kyiv will still be careful about visiting crowded places. He is not going to close his business and is now on standby. The author of the project believes that his audience, with a good sense of humor and readiness for parties after quarantine, will not be afraid and is looking forward to returning to the favorite bar. Of course, I will keep going. That is the only way! My goal is to save the soul of this place.
