K&J construction materials is a building materials store in Kharkiv. “We are a relatively young company. We are only two years old. There were tough moments with the employees, but everything passed and only strengthened us, and now we have a small but friendly team.” There were a lot of opinions with the news about the closure of all offline businesses. And the main thing is to preserve the greatest treasure of any company – the people. When the quarantine was imposed in the country, opinions were different. It was a pity that we did not have time to launch the online version of the store. But after some thought, we decided that there are issues that we have not been able to solve for a long time, and when there are no visitors, we can make the store better and more convenient for them after the doors open again. We consider quarantine as a long vacation during which we can work on mistakes.
