MTA.UA is a network of hardware and mobile accessories stores with its head office in Chernivtsi. Stopping a business moving at high speeds is not an easy task, so reformatting is now the only way to survive. To rest in quarantine times is definitely not about MTA.UA. Some would ask me: “Well, how is your quarantine rest?” What rest are you talking about? I wake up at seven in the morning and fall asleep after midnight. Now all the top management is working remotely. Now when we are at home, we work almost without breaks. The intensity of online meetings is very high. After meeting, we meet again, and again. After working for some time, we meet again – the situation is continually changing. We need to be in this mode now. Oksana has her own perspective on keeping the team as the most valuable asset during the company’s existence. “We do not have a task to keep people. Save the team? What does it imply doing? There is a team core. To preserve it means that something is collapsing, and I need to make an effort to counteract it. The team’s core is only strengthening in the crisis, and nothing specifically needs to be done. It happens by itself, as a result of work long before such moments. For years, a particular atmosphere, a form of relationship, interaction within has been built. It all happens naturally.”
