Olena’s family has been in the restaurant business for almost 40 years. “Our family saw the 1990s, 1998, 2008 and 2014. All crises are different in their own way and, at the same time, in many ways, are similar.” The doors of the restaurants were closed with a heavy heart. There are about 100 people in the team, and most of them do not work during the quarantine. We cannot pay them in full now. If there is a business hell, then this is it. Most of all, during the quarantine, I would like to keep the team! The main goal now is to establish delivery and develop new directions previously out of reach. It is crucial to support currently inactive workers and help them survive until the end of quarantine. But no matter how difficult it is, the family does not even consider closing.
