IMT Academy is a training center headquartered in Zaporizhia, which helps clients get various IT professions. For nine years, the academy cared about changes in professional destiny. This time, the crisis is seen as an opportunity, and everything is being done so that people have a place to go to work after the quarantine is over. “I was surprised by the team’s speed, the re-profiling of programs, the change of creative ideas in advertising. Thanks to the professionalism, we did not waste time. We started training colleagues – recorded training materials for their teachers on working with equipment and software. We were approached by training centers and individual trainers, teachers of schools, and universities. More than 200 coaches received our “How to set up work online” videos for free. In two weeks, more than 300,000 people watched our YouTube videos.” During the quarantine, the best lesson the academy has learned is that Ukrainians know best how to adapt and unite in times of difficulty. What did we feel during the crisis? There are many of us – we cannot be defeated! We rescued colleagues, trained teachers, provided some equipment, connected with the heads of the Zaporizhia branch, exchanged decisions, looked at the dynamics, and changed. Fast and together. Now we have an even more solid community, even more friends. We are all far away, but together!
