ILTI is a company that provides legal support for the IT and creative industries, headquartered in Kharkiv. Our clients include IT startups, theaters, fashion designers, photographers, NGOs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. It is difficult for creative people to solve many legal issues that they face in their activities. We take on their headaches so that they can carry on working comfortably. ILTI was founded in 2016 and has been able to bring a lot to the education of Ukraine’s creative units. “From day one, thanks to my partner Charles Whitehead, students listened to lectures by the best high-tech and startups lawyers in the United States. We were also the first in Ukraine to launch additional non-formal education for lawyers, which provides an opportunity to specialize in the industries of the future – IT, creative sphere, intellectual property, high technology, skills, and practical knowledge in corporate and foreign economic activity. Having the ability to do business online, not all processes can be reproduced through screens. “We are trying our best to hold on, going 100% online. We launched a webinar platform in ILTI, which we had only planned to implement. We are waiting with hope for a grant from the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, which will obviously be reduced due to the reduction of the state budget for culture.”
