Bachynskyy & Partners JSC is a company with an office in Lviv, which offers legal support to IT business and foreign investors in Ukraine, and litigation services. It has been on the market for over ten years, so it has survived two crises. When the first crisis occurred in 2014, I was still very young, and business was still emerging. Let’s put it this way: at the dawn of your ascension, it doesn’t seem that painful. It’s like getting chickenpox as a child. The older the business, the more harm it takes to overcome it. Having passed all psychological acceptance stages, “Bachynsky and Partners” began to form new products. “Now, on the one hand, we are forming new transformational products. On the other hand, we understand that it is premature and does not make much sense to invent something if the market is lying. But sitting down is not an option. Rushing into battle and shouting that we are the coolest, trying to break through and win everything is also impractical. So we keep the balance. If the market went down, then it went down.” As for the priorities, they are clear: to survive this crisis without losing personnel. “People predict the future very poorly, relying only on their previous experience. It is challenging for us to predict something because there was no similar situation. Therefore, all these forecasts are ineffective. But I try to find something that was at least slightly similar to how people in business acted, and I understand that it is necessary to get out of the crisis without losing the team.”
