Bubamara is a restaurant of Balkan and European cuisine and a concert hall in the Dnipro. Making people’s lives brighter, more exciting, and tastier is the foundation on which Bubamara’s business ideology is built. With the news of the restaurant’s closure, the level of anxiety increased, and with it, the critical thinking of the director became more active. “I closed the doors of Bubamara with anxiety not to open them again and at the same time, hoping that this period could be the start of new opportunities and prospects. I logically understood that several basic problems would be solved. For example, staff shortages. Probable opportunity to review rental rates.” People are the focus of attention now, but you also need to remember about yourself. “Of course, the most important task is to save the team, well, and not to burn yourself.” Vadym considers the worst-case scenario, but not soon. Undoubtedly, I admit the option of closing the business altogether, but this is not even a plan “B.” Before making this decision, a dozen rescue plans should fail.
