EBSH is a network of sports hubs with representative offices in Kyiv and Odesa. During its existence, EBSH has experienced disbelief in its own format, drastic changes in the team, and many internal ups and downs. “EBSH is a sports hub of functional training. We offer our guests group and individual training in TRX, BOX, Functional Training, Stretching, Animal Flow, Yoga, Thai boxing, and BJJ. There is no word “clients” in EBSH; it is essential for our relations. There are only guests and real friends.” When the news of the closure came, the team quickly removed 20 functional training sessions and launched a new training format.I refused to believe that we needed to quarantine all the hubs. It was excruciating. But I knew I couldn’t avoid it, so I took it as a challenge. The only option we had was to adapt quickly and work even harder. In a day (after the quarantine was announced), we managed to launch the online training format in Zoom and shoot more than 20 videos of free training for YouTube.
